Indian Campaigns Medal of Honor Recipient. He entered the US Army at New York, New York. He served as a Sergeant in Company G, 5th US Cavalry. He was awarded the CMOH for action at Castle Dome and Santa Maria Mountains, Arizona in June-July 1873. He received his Medal on April 12, 1875. Nothing else is known about him after the award of his Medal.
