Theodore Ragnar MOH

Indian Campaigns Medal of Honor Recipient. He was also known as Ragnar Theeodor Ling-Vannerus. He entered the US Army at New York, NY and served as a First Sergeant. He was awarded the CMOHS for action at White Clay Creek, South Dakota on December 30, 1890. He received his Medal on April 13, 1891.
